  The North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety is investigating a shooting death that happened early Saturday morning. Darris Fowler, deputy coroner of the Horry County Coroner’s Office, said Ryan Burt, 26, died at  Grand Strand Medical Center emergency room at 1:05 a.m. Saturday.
