The City of Cayce’s September 21 Special Council Meeting and the October 4 Regular Council Meeting have been cancelled due to various Council members having schedule conflicts.  The next Council Meeting is Thursday, September 29 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Jason Michael Howard (DOB: 3/26/1972) of Lexington, on three charges connected to sexual exploitation of minors. The Lexington County Sheriff’s Office, a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, made the arrest. Airport suffers road loss at O-W

Airport traveled to Orangeburg-Wilkinson Friday night and suffered a loss at the hands of the Bruins. Final score was Orangeburg-Wilkinson 31, Airport 26. The Eagles were down 7-6 at the end of the first quarter, but stormed back, and were ahead 14-7 at halftime. The loss drops Airport to 1-3. O-W improves to 3-3.
