Former Lexington Town Councilman Danny Frazier, former South Congaree police chief Jason Amodio and restaurant-owner  Greg Leon will not get prison time. The three pleaded guilty and got probation, Thursday for offenses related to bribery. Judge Lawton McIntosh  sentenced the three.
