Gregg Pinner, former C-WC Chamber chief joins Coldwell Banker

Gregg Pinner

After 17 years with the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce, former President and CEO Gregg Pinner has joined Coldwell Banker in Lexington. Pinner left the chamber last fall.

“I believe my experience with building relationships in the chamber will assist me as I build relationships with my clients,” Pinner said.
Pinner became President and CEO of the West Metro Chamber of Commerce in 2000 and led the name change to “The Greater Cayce-West Columbia” Chamber in 2014.
He took over the Rhythm on the River Concert Series in 2005 and turned it into one of the most popular events in the Midlands. He doubled their membership in his tenure and was able to maintain the membership during the economic woes that started in 2008. He also led the effort that created the Visitor Center in 2004.
Pinner said he will miss working for his hometown business community he loves but wanted more time to be with his family and have more flexibility to travel with his wife Paula.
“I will be working for them with one of their biggest decisions in their lives, buying or selling a home, and I’m excited for that opportunity” Pinner said. “I joined Coldwell Banker because they are a name you can trust in real estate and are No. 1 in market share. I’m working out of the Lexington office with a great group of proven professionals to mentor and learn from.”
