Brookland-Cayce’s Jerrell Moore selected for North-South All-Star game

 Jerrell Moore, an offensive lineman for Brookland-Cayce High School, has been chosen for the North-South All-Star game.

The 6’3″ , 255 pound senior has been a leader for the 6-3 Bearcats.

“I feel very honored to represent my school and coaches and show the state what Brookland-Cayce football is about”, said Moore.

When asked about how this game and how his selection in it will impact his college decisions he said “The game will show other coaches who have not had the chance to see my skill set an opportunity to see what I have to offer. that could open more doors in my future.”

As of right now, Moore is looking at Georgia State, South Carolina State, Furman, and Appalachian State. All four schools are interested in Moore. He recently took a visit to Georgia State for a game. Moore is the top lineman on one of the better teams in Class AAA – Region V. The Bearcats take on Strom Thurmond Friday.

The North-South All-Star game will be played in Myrtle Beach on Dec. 9.
